As soon as data is received from the clearing systems it is pushed directly to the BondWatch system. Delivery times vary by communication method but all data is handled on an as-of-origination-time basis (meaning, the time you see is the time the message was sent). Most instructions take about 3 minutes end-to-end to make it onto the screen.

Yes – there is an anytime export function you can use to extract some or all of the reported data for offline use and analysis.
Yes – as soon as new data is received the system will issue a push notification and the data will be refreshed. If you are in the middle of reviewing results you can pause the automated refresh by clicking on the notification and refresh the page when you are ready.
You can share access to the system on a transaction-by-transaction basis with other members of the deal team who are authorised to access non-public information.
Individual instructions are sorted by creation date and time with the most recent instructions on top. You can export the data to Excel to sort and analyse the data however you need. Custom sorting in BondWatch is planned for a future release.
Yes – click on the reference number for any individual instruction to open the full detail of the corresponding message from the clearing system including comments and special fields.
Should any instructions be cancelled or withdrawn at the clearing system – if accepted – the system will generate a matching negative record as of the cancellation to keep an accurate ledger of all activity.
Instructions from Euroclear and Clearstream include country designations to align with geographical distribution reporting supplied by the ICSDs. Country information is not included in DTC instructions.
Most bondholder initiatives such as tenders, exchanges, consents, bondholder meetings, and debt restructurings can all make use of the BondWatch reporting system. To inquire about a specific transaction contact the Morrow Sodali Debt Team who can assist with planning your deal.
Anyone working on a given transaction who is authorised to view sensitive, non-public information and reports can request login access for the system. This can include the relevant issuers, bankers, lawyers, and other parties on a transaction-by-transaction basis.
Yes – BondWatch is live and able to provide real-time reporting and receive new instructions at any time, day or night. Whenever clearing systems are online, we are too.
Yes – the BondWatch interface is designed to be responsive to different access methods and will be accessible from any computer, phone, tablet or similar device running a modern web browser.
